Victorian Robots?

So....Victorian robots

As interesting as the site was I'm positively sure the site was intended to generate money. There are advertisments littering the site for things completely irrelevant to Victorian robots, such as myspace. Also, there's a link at the bottom of the page to buy t-shirts. *sigh* When will the serious text-book research be done on Victorian robots?!

Storybird

I really enjoyed my creative writing classes in highschool and this site, Storybird, could be used as another aspect of teaching that class. I'd assign students to create their own story through the site. It could also be used in elementary schools to introduce younger kids to the field of creative writing.
